Alex Gertsburg, Esq. is a business architect, exit strategist, and keynote speaker who helps professionals turn experience into equity. As Managing Partner of Gertsburg Licata Co., LPA, he leads a full-service business law firm dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs through complex transitions, from lawsuits to leadership handoffs.

Before launching his own ventures, Alex spent over a decade as a litigator with two regional business law firms, representing private and publicly traded companies, nonprofits, and their owners nationwide. He handled a wide range of business disputes, including commercial, contract, real estate, shareholder, broker-dealer, employment, and unfair competition cases.

In 2006, he became the first General Counsel for Broadvox, a major telecommunications company, where he spent ten years overseeing corporate legal strategy, M&A, restructuring, HR, and compliance as GC, Corporate Secretary, and EVP.

He is the co-author of The Lawsuit-Free Company and creator of CoverMySix®, a nationally used legal risk prevention system that protects businesses from litigation through a proprietary six-point audit.

Outside of law and business, Alex enjoys family adventures, mentoring entrepreneurs, traveling, hiking, history, and riding his Harley V-Rod.
